Why "Clued In?"

When I started Clued In Education, I wanted a name that captured what I believe really makes a difference in vocational education. Clued In is a bit of a play on words. Yes, it hints at inclusion—because real quality means supporting every learner. But it also speaks to being in the know. As trainers, assessors, and leaders, we need to be clued in to the standards, the strategies that actually work, and most importantly, the people we’re here to support.

For me, it’s never just been about ticking boxes. It’s about being thoughtful, informed, and always working towards something better.
