The Clued In Education Professional Development Masterclass Series has been designed for RTO leaders, trainers, assessors and student support staff who want to strengthen their practice through structured, applied professional development.
Each masterclass includes six progressive self-paced online modules, a workplace assignment and personalised feedback. Rather than simply completing online content, participants progressively develop a practical product relevant to their role or RTO.
The masterclasses align with the 2025 Standards for RTOs and focus on translating regulatory expectations into stronger training, assessment, student support and organisational practices.

Assessment Design
The Assessment Design Masterclass is for trainers, assessors, resource developers, compliance practitioners and training managers who want to strengthen their assessment design capability.
Planning for Engagement and Support
The Planning for Engagement and Support Masterclass is for trainers, assessors, training coordinators and people responsible for planning or overseeing training delivery.
Student Support
The Student Support Masterclass has been developed specifically for RTO staff who support students but do not deliver training.
Self-Assurance
The Self-Assurance Masterclass is for RTO owners, CEOs, senior leaders, compliance managers, quality managers and people with responsibility for governance or organisational oversight.
